Hoa Lu and Tam Coc are two of the most beautiful landscapes of Ninh Binh province, just 120 kms to the southeast of Hanoi. Hoa Lu was the ancient Royal capital during the Dinh and Pre-Le dynasties which lasted for 41 years (from 969-1009). This trip is designed by choosing the top areas in Ninh Binh named Tam Coc and Hoa Lu, you will have a time to learn about Vietnam colorful history in King + Le Temple then have great time on sampan boat on Tam Coc river, go through the 3 caves on the water – next to have fun time to ride bicycle in this peaceful countryside, enter the local villages to learn about local life + culture. 7:00 - 7:30 am Flexible time for Private option
Our Tour guide and Bus (group tour option ) will come to pick up in your place or in my office then depart for Ninh Binh province (90km south of Hanoi). Have a relax and break on the half way

First stop, you will reach to Hoa Lu Ancient Capital.
The visit offers a chance to know more about part of feudal dynasties and historical periods in Vietnamese history.
Lunch: the tasty lunch will be served at local restaurant. The food is served with Asian style, local dishes, organic vegetable.
Take a rest before continuing the tour.
Afternoon : After finishing your lunch, you will be taking the rowing boat at Tam Coc whaft . Arranged by local people here, the boat is rowed by both hand and legs. The boat will take you to 3 specular caves with hundreds of limestones on the way. If you travel during harvest season, you will see many terrace rice fields in golden colors. In 1,5 hours, not only you could see the peaceful scenery of mountain, rice paddy fields, temples, but also have chances to learn about the local people cultures on their daily life.
Optional activity: Enjoy a bicycle ride through the countryside after the boat trip (total time of biking in 40 minutes if join group tour , the private tour can be longer and go farer to villages and visit the local houses )
End of the tour: Leave Tam Coc and drive back to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi at around 6:30 pm. Finish an unforgettable full-day trip at your hotel in Hanoi!
