Pick up in your hotel or our head office – 35 Gia Ngu str – Hoan Kiem Lake – Hanoi
Starting the trip to visit the best Vietnam lake – Hoan Kiem lake in early morning ,seeing or join morning Tai Chi with local peoples.
Continuing the trip to see a history Long Bien Bridge (the best bridge in Vietnam which built by French during Vietnam War) ,seeing the longest river system in the North of Vietnam which calls HONG River or Red River . Arrive in the Hanoi countryside area after pass by Long Bien Bridge .
We drive along the dike through the local villages. You will see many traditional typical houses, pagodas, temples, local markets and be surrounded by beautiful rice paddy fields and farms growing vegetables ,banana, guava ,and corn. Stop off at a local “bar” in a village for a rest and drink, & hear the interesting history of the An Duong Vuong Dynasty (over 2,000 years ago).
Visit An Duong Vuong King Temple, Trong Thuy Prince’s Well, Community’s house . Then, cycle around the remains of the ancient citadel and its beautiful gardens, and through more rice fields and villages. Have lunch at a local restaurant.
Go through quiet villages to the dike of the Red River. We reach a local house in the traditional style, and chat with the villagers to learn about their lives and work. Driving on top of the dike along the Red River, we will see where two great rivers meet. Stop by a local temple on the bank of the Red River.
Explore The Hanoi biggest Lake ,West lake and visit the national pagoda calling TRAN QUOC PAGODA before getting back to Hanoi Old Quarter for lunch.This will be a most highlight of this trip by tasting the best foods for Vietnamese’s lunch : Skinny spring rolls (BÁNH CUỐN),beef/chicken/fish or pork soup depending on your order (PHỞ),sticky rice cake (BÁNH KHÚC ) ,and trying the best Vietnam spring rolls (NEM ) before tasting Hanoi coffee in local area
