Morning
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then depart Hanoi for a 2-hour drive to Ninh Binh, passing rice fields and local villages.
Make a short 10–15 minute rest stop before arriving at Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, where you’ll explore historic temples and learn about the Dinh and Le dynasties.
Lunch
Savor a traditional Vietnamese meal at a local restaurant before continuing your adventure.
Afternoon
Take a scenic sampan boat ride in Tam Coc/ Trang An, known as “Halong Bay on land,” gliding past lush paddy fields and limestone cliffs while passing through the cool, dark Ca, Hai, and Ba caves.
Continue to Mua Cave and climb 500 steps to the summit for breathtaking views of the Tam Coc river and surrounding limestone mountains.
Return to Hanoi in the late afternoon for free time and dinner on your own.
Morning (8:00–8:30 AM pick-up): Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, check out, and meet the group limousine for a 3.5–4 hour drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay.
Lunch: Board the cruise, receive a welcome drink and safety briefing, and settle in as the boat begins its scenic journey through the limestone karsts. A fresh seafood and Vietnamese buffet lunch is served on cruise.
Afternoon: Explore the spectacular Surprising Cave, the largest in the bay, then continue to Titov Island to swim, relax on the beach, or hike to the top for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.
Evening: Return to the cruise for a short rest, join the chef for a Vietnamese cooking class, and enjoy a flavorful fusion dinner. Afterwards, unwind with optional activities such as squid fishing, a massage, movies, or mini-games. Overnight on the cruise.
08:00: After breakfast, depart from Da Nang for a full-day sightseeing tour.
Begin with a visit to Monkey Mountain (Son Tra Peninsula) to enjoy panoramic views of Da Nang and explore Linh Ung Pagoda, home to the impressive Lady Buddha statue overlooking the sea.
Continue to the Marble Mountains, where you’ll discover ancient pagodas, sacred limestone caves, and the fascinating Am Phu Cave with its dramatic, mysterious chambers.
Afternoon: Drive to the charming Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Stroll through its narrow streets lined with traditional houses, and visit cultural highlights such as Phuc Kien Pagoda, Phung Hung Ancient House, the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, and the Hoi An Museum. Wander around the Central Market, browse handicraft shops, and admire the town’s elegant mix of Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese architecture. As evening falls, enjoy a delicious dinner of Hoi An specialties and take in the magical lantern-lit atmosphere along the riverside.
Return to Da Nang for an evening at leisure. Dinner on your own if you prefer to dine back in the city.
