Just 100 km South of Hanoi, Ninh Binh is a province of astounding natural beauty with limestone peaks whose splendor is often said to surpass that of Ha Long Bay. It is even often referred to as “Ha Long Bay on land.”
Feature of this 2 days bike tour: Ninh Binh is an outstanding destination with stunning landscapes including Cuc Phuong National Park and the towering limestone peaks rising from the Tam Coc valley, called the "Inland Ha Long" and Van Long Nature Reserve. Escape the stresses of the city for a couple of day into an area that compliments a mix of adventure and relaxation. This trip is perfect for all types of travelers including families and groups. The bikes are fully ridged standard bikes for ease of travel. Fully supported by a van in a distance of 60 km so it's very flexible if you want more or less of the distance.

7.30am : Our tour guide and Van pick you up at your address to depart for Ninh Binh province to start 2 days cycling tour of Ninh Binh .
Cycling time
9.30am : Arrive in Ninh Binh province ,start your biking trip in the countryside road to Hoa Lu, ancient capital of Vietnam dating back to the 10th Century. You will stop here in order to visit Dinh and Le Temples to learn about this interesting history, as well as NhatTru Pagoda or the One Pillar Pagoda which is reached on foot. Then you will continue riding through the limestone peaks to Tam Coc, passing rice paddies and rural villages , how amazing to do it and will have great stop in local house to explore the life of Vietnamese in the countryside .
Have lunch in local restaurant
Sampan boat trip :
Continuing your trip to take great boat trip to visit 3cave complex in mystery and wildness, see scenery of mountains and rivers. TAM COC is considered as Ha Long on the land.
Cycling time
Return from Tam Coc Wharf , you will get your ride to visit Bich Dong Pagoda .This charming cluster of cave temples is a couple of kilometers in the north of Tam Coc. The Lower Pagoda is located at the base, from which 100 steps lead to the Middle Pagoda, where there's a shorter but steep ascent to the Upper Pagoda. Inside each cave temple, looming statues peer from the haze of burning incense. Outside offers incredible countryside views.
Next to visit the Panorama View from MUA CAVES which means :Dancing Cave in Vietnamese. Climb up on 500 steps to top to enjoy amazing view of Ngo Dong River and TAM COC panorama view from this .Enjoy the best view in sunset in this area
Back to resort and stay there at night
Enjoy your breakfast in hotel then to take a Van to Cuc Phuong National park .
Cycling time :
you will visit the Primates Rescue Center. You will then cycle up hills further into the jungle which is a challenging ride, but worth it once you find yourself in the middle of the jungle, listening to the musical sound of the local birds.
you are offered a nice & easy trek of 3-4 hours along the tropical jungle for an open view of majestic landscapes of pristine limestone mountains & valleys, with rich fauna & flora in the oldest national park in Vietnam.

Moreover, this day trip gives us chance to visit the Endangered Primates Rescue Center with its functions to protect endangered primates from the danger of extinction, to develop them in numbers and then release them back to wild nature .In this center, you can see roughly 150 primates of different rare types such as Delacour’s Langur, Hating langurs, Cat ba langurs, Grey-shanked Douc langur, Red-shanked Douc langur and the Black-shanked Douc langur…
Get back to the Van and load bikes back to Van to transfer to Van long natural reserve
Cycling time :
Arrive in Van Long : cycling from Dich Long Bridge and bike on the dyke of Van Long Nature Reserve. You will see caves, green rice fields, limestone peaks and the rural life of the locals.
Taking boat trip to Van Long river is optional to decide when you get there (surcharge : 10usd per head to add this )
Get back to the Van and load bikes back to Van to go back to Hanoi
5-6pm: End of trip in your hotel in Hanoi
