Itinerary
Expand AllAfter breakfast at the hotel. Leaving Hanoi in the morning. A 2-hour transfer from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. On the way from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, you will see more about the local daily life along the way. A small break in the midroad will take around 10 to 15 minutes. As soon as you arrive at Hoa Lu, a former ancient capital in Vietnam, dating back a century. When you walk around this site, you will get to observe/ ride a buffalo, a mascot of Vietnam, always going with Mr. Toan, who raises that buffalo. Have a picture with a mascot of Vietnam, or communicate with Mr. Toan to know more about the life of a Vietnamese peasant when they retire without a pension. Next, visit the Tam Coc river to dive into the natural beauty. Tam Coc has its own scenery, which is known for Halong Bay on land, showcasing the paddy fields on both sides of the river while passing by some of the water caves on the river, known as Ca, Hai, and Ba caves. Experience a dark and fresh atmosphere when going through water caves. Lunch will be served at the local restaurant. Then, heading to the last attraction named Mua Caves for the 500-step climb, some drink stalls will cater the junk food, ice cream, and water in the midway up to the summit. At the top, you can admire the panoramic view, which covers the limestone mountain, and the little Tam Coc river at your feet. Check in a bungalow in Ninh Binh. Free time to relax
A sharing limousine transfer from Ninh Binh to Halong will take around 3 – 3.5 hours. A 15-minute Upon arrival in Halong Bay, relax at the cruise lounge a bit before checking in the cruise. As the cruise sets sail, a Vietnamese lunch is served on the main deck, allowing you to savor a local meal while staying closer to the Bay view outside the big window. The highlight of the trip is a visit to a cave, showcasing the impressive scenery. Later, a pleasant kayak will take you further to see one of the 7 World wonders.
Start your day in Halong Bay with a fun Vovinam session on the sundeck. The way of taking a deep breath will help you feel the fresh air in the Bay more. A light breakfast is ready. Get to visit the Dark & Bright Caves, and set off on a bamboo boat to immerse yourself in the natural beauty. Upon returning to the ship, enjoy a delicious brunch while the cruise slowly heads back to the harbor, as if to signal a gentle reminder to savor the last moments like a cherished memory before saying goodbye. Back to Hanoi for a while. Check in the hotel. Leisure time.
After breakfast at the hotel. A city tour to visit some of the remarkable attractions in Hanoi, such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Long Bien Bridge, Dong Xuan market. A quick sightseeing tour on a local scooter to see everything closer instead of hopping in a car keeps you away from a closer look at the attraction. A lovely lunch will be served at the local restaurant as a farewell. Back to the airport. Take all of your belongings away to get back to the airport. Ends services
